The doctor looked at the young woman with a very serious face. She was
most beautiful, and well formed. But he had to give her the bad news.
He hated it, but would smooth it by thinking of his big mansion with
swiming pool, his cars and art, and early retirement plans.
"You have an advanced breast cancer", announced, stern faced, showing
her the x rays. "There's nothing we can do but operate".
The young woman was so surprised she couldn't even react but a few
moments later she was crying like a baby. Her life was utterly
destroyed.

A few days later, in a flokloric bistro not far from the doctors's
consultory, a group of very well dressed men were having a...
'delicacy'.
